Konsernin johtamisesta vastaa johtoryhmä konsernin hallituksen määrittelemien tavoitteiden, yhtiöjärjestyksen sekä lain vaatimusten mukaisesti. Johtoryhmä laatii konsernin strategian, jonka yleistason koordinoinnista ja toteutuksesta vastaa toimeenpaneva komitea.
